Choose the right subject
For Chess AI support, include the platform you are using—web or Android—and a short description of what happened. If the issue concerns an online game, share the approximate date and time but never send your password, verification code, or other private credentials.
For privacy requests, use the words “Privacy request” in the subject and explain which product you used. Requests concerning a child’s information should come from a parent or legal guardian.
Helpful feedback
The most useful reports explain what you wanted to do, what you expected to happen, and what happened instead. A screenshot can help, but please remove names, email addresses, game-room codes, or other identifying information before attaching it.
